  DIRECTIONS BY CAR AND BY SUBWAY

FROM THE EAST SIDE BY CAR:

Take FDR Drive south past the Brooklyn Bridge.  Stay to the right.  About ½ mile after the bridge FDR Drive ramps down from being elevated, to street level.  Follow the signs to the right and take Exit 1, Battery Park/Staten Island Ferry.  At street level after you exit the first right turn is Broad Street.  Turn right onto Broad.  We are 3 short blocks ahead on Broad, on your left, between Bridge and Stone Streets.  To park take the next right past our building onto S. William Street.  After you turn onto S. William, the garage is on your left.

FROM THE WEST SIDE BY CAR:

Take the West Side Highway all the way downtown.  After passing the World Trade Center site, stay to the right and follow the signs for Battery Park.  (Do not get confused by signs for the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel or FDR drive on your left, which you DO NOT want to take).  The West Side Highway ends in front of Battery Park.  You must turn left onto Battery Lane (the only left turn) and go two blocks, keeping the park to your right.  You must turn right onto State Street at the light in front of the Custom House.  Take the next left turn from State Street onto Bridge Street.  Go two blocks to the corner of Broad Street and Bridge.  90 Broad is immediately to your left.  To park, turn left onto Broad then a quick right onto S. William.  There is a garage on the left side of S. William.

FROM BROADWAY:

Go downtown past Wall Street and then past Exchange Place.  At the northern tip of Bowling Green where you will see the large bronze “Charging Bull” statue by Arturo Di Modica, Broadway forks.  At the fork stay to the left (Broadway becomes Whitehall).  Take the next left turn after the fork (3 blocks) onto Stone Street.  On Stone, which is one block long, the next intersection is Broad Street.  We are to your right on Broad between Bridge and Stone Streets.  To park, there is a garage on Stone between Whitehall and Broad or, from the intersection of Stone and Broad, turn left onto Broad then take the quick next right onto S. William Street.  There is a garage on the left side of S. William.

A NOTE ABOUT DRIVING IN LOWER MANHATTAN:

In recent years streets have been re-routed or closed for repairs and for security reasons.  Lower Manhattan remains congested.  Give yourself extra time if you come by car.

FROM THE EAST SIDE BY SUBWAY:

Take the 4 or 5 train to Bowling Green.  From the subway entrance in front of the Custom House head east to Whitehall and turn right. Walk south to the next left turn, onto Stone Street.  Stone Street is one block long between Whitehall and Broad Street. The next intersection is Broad Street.  We are to your right on Broad between Bridge and Stone Streets.

FROM THE WEST SIDE BY SUBWAY:

Take the Seventh Avenue line (1, 2 or 3 trains).

You can take the express train (2 or 3) to Wall Street.  Go to the front of the train and exit.  You will be at the corner of Wall and William.  Walk 1 block west on Wall Street to Broad Street and turn left (at the New York Stock Exchange).  Walk south on Broad about 4 blocks.  We are to your right on Broad between Bridge and Stone Streets.

You can change from the express to the local train (1 or 9) at Chambers Street and take the 1 or 9 train to the last stop, the South Ferry stop.  If you exit toward the front half of the train, any of the stairs to the street (including the exit from inside of the Staten Island Ferry Terminal) lead to a plaza facing the intersection of Whitehall and State Streets.  From the intersection of Whitehall and State, walk east on State Street.  State Street turns into Water Street.  On State/Water, walk to the next major intersection at Broad Street and turn left.  Walk one short block north on Broad.  90 will be on your left between Bridge and Stone.

OTHER NEARBY SUBWAY STOPS:

Take the J, M or Z train to the Broad Street stop.  At the front of the train exit to the street.  You will be on Broad Street.  Walk south 3 blocks to 90.

Take the R or W train to the Whitehall stop.  Exit at the Stone Street end of the platform.  You will be at the intersection of Whitehall and Stone.  On Stone, which is one block long, walk to the next intersection, which is Broad Street.  We are to your right on Broad between Bridge and Stone Streets.
