CLOSING COSTS CHECKLIST

Prior to the purchase or sale of residential real estate, it is important for the interested party to anticipate the costs of the transaction. For this reason, our firm takes considerable time and effort in counseling the prospective seller or purchaser as to the financial expectations of the real estate transaction. HOME/ CONDOMINIUM PURCHASE

Pre-paid Interest (Based on 7.5% mortgage, 30 year term) (one month's interest) $1,250.00
